Steel Building Construction Self Assembly - Miracle Span Steel Buildings

Our buildings can be assembled on a shallow concrete base using simple tools and our easy to follow instruction manual. Alternatively, we offer a complete, professional assembly service through our sister company Future Steel (UK) .

1. Pour the footings: Pour a floating concrete perimeter footing onto a level site, or use our Base Plate Connector to bolt to an existing concrete slab.
2. Assemble the arches: Then using our laser punched steel panels, all arches are assembled easily on the ground and have a flat overlap ensuring a watertight seal.
3. Raise the Arches: For most buildings, raising the arches is easily completed using only ropes and scaffolding.
4. Finishing: The end walls are inserted, the doors assembled and hung, all bolts tightened and grouting is applied at the footing. No grouting is required if our Base Plate Connector is used.
