Placing an order ’subject to planning’
Once you’ve decided on the steel building option you prefer, you can place an order with Miracle Span subject to planning approval.
In return for payment of a small deposit, which is refunded if your application is refused, you will receive a full set of plans for your building, full structural calculations if required and the benefit of our wealth of experience and advice.
Using our planning service
Alternatively, you may wish to use our full planning service through our partner architects, David Taylor Associates.
Our planning service is a fast, efficient ‘one stop’ option to keep costs to a minimum and includes practical advice on exactly what’s required to make your building comply with the latest UK building control regulations.
